Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. For the budget item, this was due to "custom" recurrences were not getting applied to the carryover function. This should now be working. In addition, your Budget item for savings should also be fixed. If you don't see a spent amount for a transfer made from My Bills, first check that only one transaction in the transfer has a budget category applied to it. When a transfer gets recorded, 2 transactions are entered into the system so if both transactions are tied to a budget category, they will cancel each other out.

couple issues
I have a budget item called "Laser" and i checked to have the available amount rollover to the next month but ot still shows the original budget even though i didnt spend any money in that category last month so it should have doubled.
I also dont know why but I have a budget category called savings and that is basically a transfer of money from my cash to the savings acount but it doesnt account for it in the budget when I record it in the bills section. Please help.
