You'll just need to copy and paste service@budgettracker.com into To: field for which ever email provider you use (gmail,hotmail,etc.). The "contact us" link will open up your default email software on your computer which most likely isn't setup if you are using an online email provider.

Thank you for your response. I just went to Contact Us and clicked on the email link and got this message: Windows Internet Explorer - "Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed."
Any suggestions?

Unable to upload Yodlee transactions into BT
I'm brand new and am probably doing something wrong, but I keep going through Steps 1- 3 to import transactions to BT. When I click on Import Transactions, I get no results.
