Re:unable to subscribe
Hi,

Im having the same issue. I upgraded my subscription to a paid account about 2 hrs ago but my profile still says limited user.

Any way to get this sorted?

Cheers,
Byron

Re:unable to subscribe
Thank you for the feedback. PayPal used to be very good at notifying us in under a minute. We'll be adding a temporary subscription until the they notify us to resolve this issue.

Re:unable to subscribe
Never mind. Apparently the answer is "about half an hour." It would be nice if, after a user clicks through to the paypal page and then back to budget tracker, there were a message that stated that the change would not propagate immediately. Since with most web apps the return from the paypal site is sufficient to trigger a status change, this looks like a bug to the user.

I'd like to see how well importing data from banks so I signed up for the monthly subscription. I completed the paypal transaction but I'm still listed as a limited user and get the message that I need to upgrade my subscription when I try to upload data. When can I expect my subscription status to update?
