Which dropdown are you referring to? The Transaction Toolbar on the side should match up with what you are seeing on the My Budget and My Categories page. If you're looking at the dropdown on the My Budget New Entry field, these are default categories for you to choose from. Since this is a new entry, you wont see your existing categories there. If you see (2) next to an item, this means you've entered the same category name twice. You'll need to first update any transactions with the category (2) and assign them to the original name, then delete the category from the My Budget page.

Categories
All of my categories dont show up on the drop down button so I have added them. Then I noticed that they show up as two catagories such as: Dining Out and Dining Out (2). How can I combine these into one catagory and delete Dining Out (2)?
