My apologies - I had to pull up the calendar on my big 21 inch screen to be able to see the arrows on the calendar. They can barely be seen on my 17 inch laptop screen - but now I can work with it. Thank you...

To help find the problem your having, what type of browser are you using and version if you know it? Also when you click the left or right arrow next to the month, do you see a "loading, please wait..." box show up? This may be a javascript issue.
