This should now work by filtering on No Category.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We should have the fix moved out soon. As far as being able to filter on the category in the popup, we've added this to our todo list.

"No Category" filter doesn't filter anything
I accidentally deleted a budget category, and as such, all the transactions associated with the category were reset to "None." When I filtered my transactions by the available "No Category" I expected only to see the "None" transactions. However, all transactions were shown.
As a side note, clicking the category name in the list of transactions gives the option to change the category. It would be nice if it also gave the option there to filter by that category.
