The issue I get is when I apply the principal and hit left over in interest everything is ok. When I click on update transaction i am sent to a page that does nothing. And I let it sit for five minutes so I know the page is not loading.

Ok the browser shouldn't be an issue then. Are you clicking on the link "update principal"? Or clicking the calculator icon. If it's the icon, this is for an amortization table and may take a while to load.

We've been unable to reproduce this issue so far. Which browser are you currently using? Also if you know the browser version that will help as well.

Updating Prinicpal
I am in the process of updating the principal amounts to my loan. When I click the update transaction icon I get a blank page that I cannot refresh and I currently cannot complete this update. Please help.
