It looks like you may have imported the same QIF or CSV file to 2 different accounts which makes it appear as if you have duplicates when viewing the transaction search by category. If you click on one of the amounts to view the transaction, you'll see one account and then a different account for the other one.

Double amounts in Budget
In My Budget it is randomly doubling items. I've checked in My Transactions and they are entered only 1 time correctly. Any thoughts?
