one of the links on your "my transactions" page is "Import" just click that and pick which account you want to import the transactions into and upload the file you downloaded from your bank. you can then make some preliminary adjustments before accepting the transactions or just accept them and make any needed adjustments later.

I downloaded my transactions from my bank and would like to import them into my checking account. How do I do this?
