This may be an issue with your password case. Make sure the upper and lower case are correct, some phones such as iPhone will automatically make the first letter capitalized. If you've verified that and it still doesnt work, please let us know.

I can get to the log-in page on my phone, enter username and password, but then I just get cycled back to the log-in page.
