The new bill entry appears at the bottom of your bills. Since you have more bills now, this may be why you were not seeing the new entry form We've added in a focus to make sure the page scrolls down for you when Add New Bill is clicked. Please let us know if you are still seeing this issue.

Unable to click on Add New Bill button
Yesterday i was able to add new bills - but today the button just glitches and won't go to add new bill page. HELP!
