I was able to upload ONE file then it just stopped working again... only this time, it takes me to a "files.php" page where all of my folders are... but my document that i uploaded is just not there!

HELP! I'VE BEEN TRYING DAILY TO SEE IF THIS IS CORRECTED BUT I CANNOT UPLOAD ANY DOCUMENTS OR JPG'S WHATSOEVER!!! HELP PLEASE!
