This may have been uploaded with a different extension if the extension was hidden. Please email us with an estimate of the time you uploaded the file and the name of the file and we'll investigate the issue.

Uploaded new .xps file and it will not download now.
I uploaded an .xps file to DHS forms folder with no problem; however, I needed to dowload it once I got to my parents house and i get a downloading error. Tried from 4 other computers including the laptop I uploaded it with - but still the documet is no good because I can't see/download/ or print it off. Please help! I need this file ASAP.
