its doesnt apply to only one item. anytime i update the amount of any item (income or bill) from the income/bills list, it throws off the entire budget. the income i was trying to change called 'chris's income' and i just wanted to put an end date of march 8th. once i did that it screwed up my balance sheet.

updating repeating bills and income
Every time i update, change the ammount, change the date, etc, of a recurring bill or income, my entire balance sheet gets messed up. I added an 'end date' to one of my incomes and added a new income with a future start date, and budget tracker completely lost track of my balance. i went from +$1000 to -$1200. every time i make a simple change like this, the whole budget goes haywire.
