Looks like it was a caching issue, now looks good. It takes place from time to time all the time - pie chart doesn't reflect current filter but previous one.

Unfortunately doesn't work still - small pie chart still shows a category hidden in its preferences.

Hmm.. Weird. This is how it looks like from Graphs page: http://i.imgur.com/03DMBmA.png And this how from Overview page: http://i.imgur.com/D2MUwmT.png Notice an anomalously large blue piece 'Auto' (20%) missing from Graphs because only 1 sub-category ($10 total) is set to be visible.
