A small bug I found: if select Amount equals X then after redirect Amount field will not be visible.

Works good now. By default additional text box is hidden, and visible only on appropriate selection.

Looks like it was not before, Date Filter doesn't work. After choosing any other (Show All, This Week) after loading still previous date range (This Month) is in place. So can't say for sure how does Amount Filter works now.

If choose More Options -> All Amounts than field for amount will be visible by default. Looks like it should be visible only when "Greater/Lesser Than" are selected.
