Thank you. And I see the account field now. I was expect to see both from AND to accounts, but I guess when I try to edit, then I can just edit one side.

Thank you for the feedback. We extended the account name so you should be able to see the full name now. To modify an account, you should be able to select the account dropdown when editing and change it to another account.

Hello,

Back to this topic. I think the transfers are connected. What I find strange is when I go to modify a transfer, I don't see the original 2 accounts. Why can't I change a "from" or "to" account after modifying?

The main reason why I need to modify is because I have multiple account at a bank. For example

Charlotte Metro Credit Union - Savings
Charlotte Metro Credit Union - Checking
Charlotte Metro Credit Union - Credit

When I setup a new transfer, sometimes the items are cut off because the drop down has limit. So I end up seeing the following

Charlotte Metro Credit Union -
Charlotte Metro Credit Union -
Charlotte Metro Credit Union -

Can we expand that drop down to see the full account name? Also, how do we properly select an account to modify a transfer?

When you edit or delete a transfer transaction, it will edit both amounts when changed or delete both when removed. If that isn't happening, then most likely we don't know that the 2 transactions are tied together. A quick way to check this is when you edit the transaction, look to the right of the "Type" field and is should show in green or red the words "Deposit Transfer" or "Expense Transfer". If you don't see this, please let us know how the transfer was created so we can investigate why the 2 transactions aren't getting tied together.

Updating/Deleting transfers
Hello!

When updating or deleting transfers with 2 accounts, I notice that when I delete or modify a transaction, the changes do not reflect in the other account. So I need to go to both account to make changes and/or cleanup.

Is that by design????
