Did you go to mobile.budgettracker.com? If so then go to New Transaction and change the type to "Transfer" and select your from and to accounts. Please let us know if you've already tried this.

This doesn’t work for me either, and I can’t find how to transfer funds between accounts in the app.

Since it's just a smaller version of the Safari, it should work the same as the desktop. Please let us know if you also can't make the transfer work on your desktop. For the display issue, we'd recommend using the mobile version of our site on your phones. This is made specifically for smaller phones so you don't run into display issues. Transfer Funds Form not working on iOS browsers
When on https://secure.budgettracker.com/transferaccounts.php the “Enter Transaction” funtion does not work when on iOS using Firefox or Safari. If you notice the page also doesn’t render correctly.
