After looking into this, we did find a bug in the code that was causing problems in IE to save Income Items which we believe might have been related to your issue. Please try to save it again and let us know if you still see the same issue.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have been unable to reproduce this error so far. Can you tell which browser you are using and which version it is. Also are you trying to save a new Income item from the My Income page or Recording an existing income item by clicking the "Record Selected Income" button.
