Budget A lot of my budget items have 0.00 budgeted and I can't see where to change these. They're tied to bills, but updating the bills doesn't change the budget amount. ???

PayPal subscription not working Clicking the link to obtain the standard plan takes me to a paypal login page. I have ensured that my login and password on paypal is correct, but each time I hit "submit" the process is aborted. I'd like to upgrade my account--is there a way to do it without paypal, or to send the funds through paypal without doing the purchase, since it seems to be not working?
