 New bill without category
When I add new bill I don't choose category (only checkbox Add to Budget). I add it then edit created bill and choose category of budget. 		2 569 10/20/2006 15:31:07

 Transaction Forecast
I make "transfer" from ONE ACCOUNT to EAT in My bills:
T This Bill is setup to Transfer funds. EAT (Record Paid Bill | Cancel Bill) $1000.00 Tuesday October 17, 2006

When I go to Transaction Forecast no transfer ocured in ONE ACCOUNT (only in EAT):
Payee Amount Category Monthly Balance Total Balance Date Paid
EAT $-1000.00 $1000.00 $1000.00 Oc 		3 601 10/17/2006 14:13:18
