viewing budgets by year? now that a new year is started, I am seeing that it would be really helpful to me to have the option to view our budget by picking a year rather than having to scroll back all the way to January 2009 and set the dates so that I can view the whole year and see how our budget all added up. I don't know if I should just be exporting the information or what, but it's nice to be able to view the catego

Inactivity logout Please add a pop up that asks if you really want to logout or if you are still there. I was working on entering imported transactions and had to look at our bank website for a while. Then it logged me out and all the 50+ transaction I had updated were gone. Also if it does shut you down it should go right back to whereever you were last.

Changing due dates on Bills I would like to have the option to change the due date on each bill monthly. I have been told there is a pencil Icon button but it never works. it seems like I am stuck with one date unless I choose on end date and re-create the bill again,, Ithink there should be an easier way,,,

category color option this may already be available, but I didn't see it on a quick perusal. I would love the ability to color code my different categories/sub categories so that certain ones would automatically be highlighted in my transactions page for easy reference. I suppose another, maybe better/easier option long term would be to have the ability to pick icons for the different categories. colors would be pretty

Purchase Orders Hoping you could add this feature: I purchase items to retail. I would like to generate a Purchase Order, then receive the items to show in my inventory. I would like to sell the item via an invoice and the item to be reduced from my inventory.

Budget Items tie to Bills AFTER creating I set up my entire budget, 3/4 of which is bills, and unfortunately did not tie the budget items to my Bills. I wish there was a way I could select the budget items I want to make bills and do that now instead of going through and creating new bills for everything...

Invoices I was wondering if you would consider some changes to the existing invoice: 1) To replace project name with Customer Name & Address from a drop down 2) To show return address (company address that generates the invoice) 3) Class or Job name
